Sobriety Coaching

Support for Exploring Sobriety, Alcohol-Free Living & Ongoing Recovery

Sober coaching offers practical, motivational, solution focused support that enhances your everyday life.  Sobriety is about removing all alcohol and substance use from your life and building a more stable, fulfilling and healthy life.

Whether you are newly sober, established in recovery, questioning your relationship with alcohol, or simply feeling curious about living alcohol-free, sobriety coaching offers a supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your own needs.

Unlike addiction therapy alone, sober coaching focuses on the here and now — supporting you with the day-to-day realities of sobriety, whilst you find your empowerment and build a life that supports sober living. Carrying my own journey of sobriety since 2022, I am passionate about sharing the beauty that lies within sober living, from the mental clarity, to finding your true authentic self... whatever it is you're seeking, you can find it within sobriety.

"Sober Coaching with Sian gave me the confidence to socialise as a sober person, and be proud of my sobriety"

Client, Matt.

Some people come to sober coaching after addiction treatment and use the sober coaching as part of their continued recovery support. Others arrive because they feel the urge to try sober living and are intrigued by the benefits it offers.

Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome.

How I work within Sober Coaching

My approach to sober coaching is supportive, collaborative, empowering and grounded. It's tailored to where you are personally in your journey and focused on what you want to achieve from sobriety.

I bring both my own enthusiasm for sober living, coupled with my professional experience supporting clients in both private & community recovery settings. We work together to strengthen motivation, increase self-awareness, and create realistic strategies that support long-term goals.

Sober coaching is not about perfection or rigid rules. It is about building safety, confidence, autonomy and self-trust — one step at a time.

Sober coaching can be particularly helpful if you:

  • Intrigued by sober living and want to explore its benefits, feel healthier, more emotionally present, or more in control of your relationship with alcohol.

  • You have the awareness that alcohol may no longer feel aligned with the life you want to live

  • Are newly sober or exploring sobriety

  • Want support alongside therapy or recovery programmes

  • Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to maintain recovery

  • In early recovery, adjusting to life without substances

  • Want practical tools and motivational support

  • Looking for a coach to support you with the 12-step program within fellowship (AA/NA)

  • Support during continued recovery

  • Learning how to live and enjoy a sober life

Sober coaching focuses on:

  • Building structure and routine

  • Strengthening coping strategies

  • Working with relapse prevention

  • Navigating triggers and high-risk situations

  • Developing confidence and stability in recovery

  • Supporting accountability and motivation

  • Becoming more confident to socialise without alcohol

Sober coaching can be offered on its own or alongside counselling, depending on your needs.
